Open Settings (the gear, top right) → Guided Breathing. Choose Voice, Chime or Silent. The two sliders either side of the circle during a session set the voice and background volume separately.
Use the − and + on the card itself, or tap the clock icon for a bigger picker with the total time.
Yes. Go to the Custom tab → New pattern, then set your own inhale, hold, exhale and number of cycles.
Turn on Settings → Save to Apple Health and allow access when iOS asks. If you refused earlier, enable it again in the iOS Health app under Sharing → Apps → Breathe. Only sessions finished after you allow it are written.
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Breathe and make sure notifications are allowed, then switch the reminder off and on again in the app.
Settings → Clear all history erases every logged session. Deleting the app removes everything else. Nothing is stored anywhere but your phone.
Stop if you feel lightheaded, and never do breath holds in or near water, or while driving. Breathe is a wellness app, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a heart or lung condition, are pregnant, or have any concern, speak to a doctor first.
Email taimoor@herogram.app with your iPhone model and iOS version and I will help.
