Breathe for iPhone · Last updated 1 September 2026

Breathe does not collect, transmit or sell any personal information. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no server.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no sign-up, no login and makes no network requests. We never see your data because it never leaves your device.

What the app stores, and where

Everything below is written only to your iPhone's own storage:

Deleting the app removes all of it. You can also erase your history at any time in Settings → Clear all history.

Apple Health

If you turn on Save to Apple Health, the app writes each finished session to Health as Mindful Minutes. This is off by default and iOS asks for your permission first.

Breathe only writes to Health. It never reads any health data of any kind, and the information stays in your own Health app under Apple's control.

Notifications

If you turn on a reminder, it is scheduled locally by iOS on your device. No push server is involved and no notification data is sent anywhere.

Third parties

The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking software of any kind. Nothing is shared with anyone, because nothing is collected.

Children

Breathe is safe for all ages. Because it collects no data at all, it collects none from children either.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
